How to Order

Orders can be accepted online or by telephone. We will only accept orders for delivery to mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

Orders that are placed online will be acknowledged by email. This does not guarantee however that we can satisfy your order and we will contact you promptly if your order cannot be delivered within our normal delivery time or if there is a price change, and a refund made if instructed by you. We will never vary your order without your consent.

All prices shown on our website are in British Pounds and are inclusive of VAT, but exclude any delivery charges if applicable. We take great care that the prices quoted are accurate but reserve the right to amend any prices if required and we will contact you should this occur to seek your instructions.

Payment

The security of your payment is taken very seriously and your order is placed on a secure server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which is the internet standard used to transfer information in a secure environment. You can pay using Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Debit Cards.

Guarantee

All our products are covered by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, email us at customer.services@johnjenkins.co.uk to receive details of how to return your purchase. All we ask is that the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition, together with the receipt and we'll refund you the purchase price. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

We will try to despatch all orders within three days of receipt, providing items are available. Please allow for up to 21 days at busy times, such as the run up to Christmas.

Our delivery charges are as follows:

Whilst we make every effort to delivery your order promptly we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of Carrier Company actions which are beyond our control. We cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.

If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time please contact us at customer.services@johnjenkins.co.uk and we will investigate and advise you of the expected delivery time.

If you receive damaged or incorrect goods please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customer.services@johnjenkins.co.uk.

Please do not take delivery of any packages or cartons that are damaged or open, and ask the Carrier to return the order to us. We will then contact you to ask if you wish for a re-delivery or refund.

Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to do this under the Distance Selling Regulations.

To cancel your order please email us at customer.services@johnjenkins.co.uk within seven working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays) and we will arrange for collection from you free of charge.

Damaged Goods – We will always take great care to make sure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However if your goods are damaged or faulty please email us at customer.services@johnjenkins.co.uk advising us of the problem. We will then issue a returns number and instructions on how to return the goods to us. We will arrange for a Carrier to collect the goods, which should be wrapped in their original packaging, and ask that you obtain from the Carrier a receipt confirming they have collected the goods for return to us. On receiving your goods back we will check for the reported damage or fault and will refund you or replace as requested. We will not be liable for the return Carrier costs if the goods are found to be in perfect condition and this cost will be deducted from the refund.

We reserve the right to amend any part of our website and to withdraw products if required.

All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials on this website are made available to you as part of your use of this site and remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors. You may only use material from this site for the purpose of ordering goods from us. You acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

The Terms and Conditions of this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales only.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. This enables us to process your orders efficiently and to improve the products and service we offer.

We may use this information to inform you of any new products or special offers that we think may be of interest to you, or about changes to our website. Please email us if you do not want us to send you this information. We will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies nor will we share any of the information we collect about you to third parties except as necessary to complete your order.
